The Sports School Hostel, is a 4-storey accommodation for 250 students within The Sports School campus off Kanakapura road in Vaderahalli. The school integrates sports and education to encourage and support young sports enthusiasts.
The site has a breath-taking view of the campus grounds and a topography that slopes on both sides. The design works to provide co-ed facilities that are accessible and inclusive. The façade features sport-based murals. In collaboration with Janaadhar, the construction methodology adopted for the structure is precast construction. Precast columns, beams, and slabs are casted at the Janaadhar Instabuild Precast Plant 13kms away, leading to fast and efficient execution.
The construction of the project commenced in February 2022 and is expected to be completed by August 2022.
