The affordable housing project at GIFT City Gujarat, is designed in two phases. Phase 01 – with 93 single bedroom units is currently built and completely occupied. The blocks are designed around a commercial node, school and playground, which is the focal point of the development. The commercial building houses both small and large format shops, a community centre and a clinic.
